Warning: The drive only reads the setting status of the Dip switch when powered on.
If you need to change the settings, please turn off the drive first, change the settings, and then turn on the drive again.

Digital input interface:
If the input voltage is greater than 5VDC, please add a series resistor as shown in the following figure.
The startup frequency of STEP must be less than 8KHZ. The frequency can then gradually increase to the maximum frequency.

First power on:
Check all connectors: power supply, stepper motor, and logic control.
Ensure that the usage settings match the required application.
Ensure that the DC power supply meets the requirements of the driver power supply.
If possible, remove the motor load to avoid damage caused by errors.
Turn on the power and ensure that the POWER ON light is on. If the POWER ON light and GREEN light are off, turn off the power and check for wiring errors.
If possible, test the holding torque of the motor with the output current of the driver.
Send pulse signals to the driver to ensure that the motor rotates in the correct direction.
Turn off the power, connect the motor to the machinery, and test its operation.
Error check:
When the green signal light of LW806 is on, it indicates that the driver power supply is normal.
When one of the following situations occurs, the driver enters an error state, the output transistor is disconnected, and the READY light is on.
The internal fuse has blown due to an error.
The reason may be a power connection error.
Measure to correct the power connection and replace the fuse.
Error thermal protection interrupt
The reason may be that the working environment temperature is too high or the current setting is too large.
Measures to improve heat dissipation performance by using larger heat sinks or fans Consider replacing the motor with a higher torque at rated current.
Error driving current protection interruption.
Reason: Short circuit in power level output.
Measure to check the motor winding and wiring, and eliminate short circuits If necessary, replace the wiring or motor.
When one of the following situations occurs, the driver does not enter an error state, the output transistor is closed, and the READY light is on.
Wrong motor vibration and noise.
The reason may be due to motor phase loss or poor output waveform of driving current.
Measure to check the motor wiring Or increase the step angle subdivision (SW5~8 DIP switch), and improve motor noise by adjusting the potentiometer next to the DIP switch.
